		<official-title>To amend section 402 of the Personal Responsibility and
		  Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 to extend the eligibility period
		  for supplemental security income benefits for refugees, asylees, and certain
		  other humanitarian immigrants, and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short
			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>SSI Extension for Elderly and
			 Disabled Refugees Act of 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="idBD20BDA682CC4D47918D04916D14977D"><enum>2.</enum><header>Extension of
			 eligibility period for ssi benefits for certain recipients</header>
			<subsection id="id3E0E91212B5A46C297A2D646F8C5D003"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Section 402(a)(2)(M) of the Personal Responsibility and
			 Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (8 U.S.C. 1612(a)(2)(M)) is
			 amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="idA432D1239C0A47E28B30BC202765D094"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in clause (i)(I),
			 by striking <quote>fiscal years 2009 through 2011</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>fiscal years 2009 through 2012</quote>; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="idA9CC9D0B839A486CB47C238A0ACA5ABB"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in clause (ii),
			 by striking <quote>fiscal years 2009 through 2011</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>fiscal years 2009 through 2012</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="idCF4B87642A314069BB8528E6C3200AC4"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conforming
			 amendment</header><text>Section 402(a)(2)(M) of such Act is amended, in the
			 subparagraph heading, by striking <quote><header-in-text level="subparagraph" style="OLC">through fiscal year 2011</header-in-text></quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="id3DC78C2398444199BE1527F756770F8E"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendments made by
			 this section shall take effect on October 1, 2011.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="idC90A28CC7BFF4319BA469A5CCA8570DB"><enum>3.</enum><header>Diversity
			 immigrant visa petition fee</header>
			<subsection id="ID24cf465485c24f2bb89472e736dd766b"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Requirement for
			 fee</header><text>Section 204(a)(1)(I) of the Immigration and Nationality Act
			 (8 U.S.C. 1154(a)(1)(I)) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id485C69F72984494499F6E9F97699949E" style="OLC">
					<clause id="ID93c15f20a1cc4dc785cedaa9282507ea" indent="up3"><enum>(iv)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Each petition filed under this subparagraph
				shall include a petition fee in the amount of
				$30.</text>
					</clause><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="ID96c278389c714b1d875275252e0aada5"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Deposit of
			 fee</header><text>All fees collected pursuant to clause (iv) of section
			 204(a)(1)(I) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1154(a)(1)(I)),
			 as added by subsection (a), shall not be available for obligation and shall be
			 deposited, in their entirety, in the general fund of the Treasury.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="idE88DDC91E1F940C5B5068C03B4590FC6"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Sunset of
			 fees</header><text>The fees collected pursuant to clause (iv) of section
			 204(a)(1)(I) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1154(a)(1)(I)),
			 as added by subsection (a), shall apply only to petitions filed before October
			 1, 2013.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="id1EE5A85D40F74B7FBDB38FC3A6BA9A7A"><enum>4.</enum><header>Budgetary
			 effects</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The budgetary effects
			 of this Act, for the purpose of complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act
			 of 2010, shall be determined by reference to the latest statement titled
			 <quote>Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation</quote> for this Act, submitted
			 for printing in the Congressional Record by the Chairman of the Senate Budget
			 Committee, provided that such statement has been submitted prior to the vote on
			 passage.</text>
