			 Branch</header>
			<subsection id="id209250B600EC441E8887DF6B55D32E6E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Amounts made available for fiscal year 2011 for the
			 legislative branch are reduced by $1,283,000,000.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="id06CCBA056FE6429299A463C8E8796516"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Government
			 Printing Office</header><text>The Government Printing Office is defunded
			 effective on the date of enactment of this Act.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="idE51E5D72C83F48F1AEBCAF9A2013427B"><enum>3.</enum><header>Judicial
			 Branch</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Amounts made available
			 to the judicial branch for fiscal year 2011 are reduced on a pro rata basis by
			 the amount required to bring total reduction to $2,434,000,000.</text>

			 accounts and programs of the Department of Housing and Urban Development are
			 defunded effective on the date of enactment of this Act.</text>

			 on the date of enactment of this Act all Amtrak Federal subsidies are
			 terminated.</text>

			 Affairs</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Department of
			 Veterans’ Affairs shall not be subject to funding cuts in fiscal year
			 2011.</text>

			 Engineers</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Amounts made
			 available to the Corps of Engineers for fiscal year 2011 are reduced on a pro

			 $1,854,000,000.</text>

			 Protection Agency</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Amounts made
			 available to the Environmental Protection Agency for fiscal year 2011 are
			 reduced on a pro rata basis by the amount required to bring total reduction to
			 $3,238,000,000.</text>

			 Services Administration</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Amounts made available to the General
			 Service Administration for fiscal year 2011 are reduced on a pro rata basis by
			 the amount required to bring total reduction to $1,936,000,000.</text>

			 Aeronautics and Space Administration</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Amounts made available to the National
			 Aeronautics and Space Administration for fiscal year 2011 are reduced on a pro
			 rata basis by the amount required to bring total reduction to
			 $4,488,000,000.</text>

			 Science Foundation</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Amounts
			 made available to the National Science Foundation for fiscal year 2011 are
			 reduced on a pro rata basis by the amount required to bring total reduction to
			 $4,723,000,000.</text>

			 Personnel Management</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Amounts
			 made available to the Office of Personnel Management for fiscal year 2011 are
			 reduced on a pro rata basis by the amount required to bring total reduction to
			 $9,070,000,000.</text>

			 Administration</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Social
			 Security Administration shall not be subject to funding cuts in fiscal year

			</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" id="id18993AC77C314F63B5019573AE2A1E44"><enum>(4)</enum><text>Davis- Bacon is
			 repealed, $6,000,000,000.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" id="id417371458E86434C89D5933E24BAEC72"><enum>(5)</enum><text>Prohibit union
			 labor project agreements, $2,000,000,000.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" id="id2212649E701B4CE18071979926C4D18F"><enum>(6)</enum><text>The Troubled
			 Assets Relief Program is repealed, $4,481,000,000.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" id="idB9CCBCFAB0624FD6B431AB9F2942FC82"><enum>(7)</enum><text>Unused Federal
			 assets shall be sold, $19,000,000,000.</text>
