			 the <quote><short-title>National Flood Insurance Program

			 national flood insurance program</header>
			<subsection id="id08CD3403C2D34975B1ECC5286C1EBBB3"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Program
			 extension</header><text>Section 1319 of the National Flood Insurance Act of
			 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4026) is amended by striking <quote>September 30, 2011</quote>
			 and inserting <quote>December 31, 2011</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="idF4DA9D60C7984FC1B4A75CDDCB71B53E"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Financing</header><text>Section
			 1309(a) of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4016(a)) is
			 amended by striking <quote>September 30, 2011</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>December 31, 2011</quote>.</text>
