		<official-title>To provide assistance for agricultural producers
		  adversely affected by damaging weather and other conditions relating to
		  Hurricane Irene.</official-title>

		<section id="id76A554AC04934AB695C871FEE3778045" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Agricultural
			 assistance</header>
			<subsection id="id588C6E130F074CCC8E4EDD1D5BA18037"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>In
			 this section:</text>
				<paragraph id="idFE899E9860D84494849443090A1B1E91"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Disaster
			 county</header><text>The term <term>disaster county</term> means—</text>
					<subparagraph id="id2268CE5E3790466FB706C77414CBCBD6"><enum>(A)</enum><text>a county included
			 in the geographical area covered by a qualifying natural disaster declaration;
			 and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="id633A3AE331C245B1868374FE5F8093BE"><enum>(B)</enum><text>each county
			 contiguous to a county described in subparagraph (A).</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="IDB81B3B3775354568991EC44DB1055136"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Qualifying
			 natural disaster declaration</header><text>The term <term>qualifying natural
			 disaster declaration</term> means—</text>
					<subparagraph id="ID49E453E1405F44149E131786E67C44AA"><enum>(A)</enum><text>a natural
			 disaster declared by the Secretary in 2011 due to damaging weather and other
			 conditions relating to Hurricane Irene under section 321(a) of the
			 <act-name parsable-cite="CFRDA">Consolidated Farm and Rural Development
			 Act</act-name> (7 U.S.C. 1961(a)); or</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="ID66AA56319ACF46E58CF53F559959343A"><enum>(B)</enum><text>a major disaster
			 or emergency designated by the President in 2011 due to damaging weather and
			 other conditions relating to Hurricane Irene under the Robert T. Stafford
			 Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq.).</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id632BC0B1B19A4F90A850CEA3DCC73C82"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Secretary</header><text>The
			 term <term>Secretary</term> means the Secretary of Agriculture.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id7C7EBBA9DA5444AEA8DF03A117D08215"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Assistance</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Of the funds of the Commodity Credit
			 Corporation, the Secretary shall use $10,000,000 to provide assistance to
			 agricultural producers in disaster counties through—</text>
				<paragraph id="id67C0D6ACC72347C6B3F34B7D079159BC"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the emergency conservation program
			 established under title IV of the Agricultural Credit Act of 1978 (16 U.S.C.
			 2201 et seq.); and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="id110D3558F6D24B2AA7DFB67F1E232446"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the emergency watershed protection program
			 established under section 403 of that Act (16 U.S.C. 2203).</text>
