		<section id="H43D884EFE40B4F91AA1B6595C1C018D1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Bureau of Reclamation Fish Recovery
			 Programs Reauthorization Act of 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HD102940834AC4F088087F54F41C45526"><enum>2.</enum><header>Reauthorization
			 of fish recovery programs</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3(d)(2) of
			 <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/106/392">Public Law
			 106–392</external-xref> (114 Stat. 1604 and 1605) is amended by inserting at
			 the end the following: <quote>For fiscal years 2012 through 2023, there are
			 hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to provide
			 for the annual base funding for the Recovery Implementation Programs above and
			 beyond the continued use of power revenues to fund the operation and
			 maintenance of capital projects and monitoring.</quote>.</text>
