		  on American families.</official-title>

		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short
			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>Family Economic Success
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="id531C17B4FEB14E8A98650608643CA886"><enum>2.</enum><header>Sense of the
			 Senate</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">It is the sense of the
			 Senate that Congress should—</text>
			<paragraph id="ID6821c7beba944fecb4527833f4b2787b"><enum>(1)</enum><text>guarantee pay
			 equity for women;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="ID4df05541544745dca71a7f7d38ac8368"><enum>(2)</enum><text>reward companies
			 that promote flexible work environments for working parents with children, and
			 workers who are caregivers;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="IDa040eeba051a44d3958c1e894b459702"><enum>(3)</enum><text>guarantee paid
			 family and medical leave and paid sick days; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="IDdfb75c425a4e442ebe843015c59a8584"><enum>(4)</enum><text>improve the
			 quality and affordability of child care.</text>
