<section display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="HFA11EDCC44D3482CAEE04CC5FC4854EB" section-type="undesignated-section"><enum></enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">That the <committee-name committee-id="HIF00">Committee on Education and the Workforce, the Committee on Energy and Commerce</committee-name>, <committee-name committee-id="HWM00"> the Committee on the Judiciary, and the Committee on Ways and Means</committee-name>, shall each report to the House legislation proposing changes to existing law within each committee’s jurisdiction with provisions that—</text> 
<paragraph id="H7D7764D7636B4796AADD53B47282FBFE"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">foster economic growth and private sector job creation by eliminating job-killing policies and regulations;</text> </paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H4AADD42C55594F5A9BE7240AF316CC95"><enum>(2)</enum><text>lower health care premiums through increased competition and choice;</text> </paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HBF3C405045924CF6BB1F362989DB486F"><enum>(3)</enum><text>preserve a patient’s ability to keep his or her health plan if he or she likes it;</text> </paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HA1D50E25AD674284A9EB399A4E851113"><enum>(4)</enum><text>provide people with pre-existing conditions access to affordable health coverage;</text> </paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H4A556B59A2854CB8AED1B870B75D8325"><enum>(5)</enum><text>reform the medical liability system to reduce unnecessary and wasteful health care spending;</text> </paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H3A6AAF723EAF401FA701992B68F66D24"><enum>(6)</enum><text>increase the number of insured Americans;</text> </paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H94DAE5C8346A455893BCCC9B781B00AA"><enum>(7)</enum><text>protect the doctor-patient relationship;</text> </paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H6CFEDBB91940413A978A0469B651B0E1"><enum>(8)</enum><text>provide the States greater flexibility to administer Medicaid programs;</text> </paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H3FE7A593B06A47F19AA12CD3109920D6"><enum>(9)</enum><text>expand incentives to encourage personal responsibility for health care coverage and costs;</text> </paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HDD534C01B38B47CAB472B8C20A60175E"><enum>(10)</enum><text>prohibit taxpayer funding of abortions and provide conscience protections for health care providers;</text> </paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H7D4618599DD34C2E810D98B029F702BC"><enum>(11)</enum><text>eliminate duplicative government programs and wasteful spending; </text> </paragraph> 
<paragraph commented="no" id="H9B85B363A156441EA3DDAFD44EF6AACD"><enum>(12)</enum><text>do not accelerate the insolvency of entitlement programs or increase the tax burden on Americans; or</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="HC36199A787BA43EF905988DE66335B57"><enum>(13)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">enact a permanent fix to the flawed Medicare sustainable growth rate formula used to determine physician payments under title XVIII of the Social Security Act to preserve health care for the nation’s seniors and to provide a stable environment for physicians.</text></paragraph></section>
