		<official-title>To provide for the issuance and sale of a semipostal by
		  the United States Postal Service for the fight against colorectal
		  cancer.</official-title>

		<section id="HBB5FA9D85C134EBC9FD2CB2F4E4FEA89" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Colorectal cancer
			 semipostal</header>
			<subsection id="H333C7271B0014DDCB7A309D7AF1F4C8E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In order to
			 contribute to the fight against colorectal cancer, the United States Postal
			 Service shall provide for the issuance and sale of a semipostal, in accordance
			 with section 416 of title 39, United States Code, subject to the
			 following:</text>
				<paragraph id="HAD96D2A3A95E40479673E55290702F66"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Disposition of
			 amounts</header><text>Of the amounts becoming available from the sale of the
			 semipostal—</text>
					<subparagraph id="H7A3FFC661BE748EEB9B9683C75FDD3FB"><enum>(A)</enum><text>40 percent shall
			 be transferred to the Department of Defense Peer Reviewed Medical Research
			 Program for colorectal cancer research;</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HFC3CE5D57E72430D840E15938DCD703D"><enum>(B)</enum><text>40 percent shall
			 be transferred to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for colorectal
			 cancer control programs; and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HD07B72F7726E46B29C4E5CFE98E8516B"><enum>(C)</enum><text>the remainder
			 shall be transferred to the National Institutes of Health for colorectal cancer
			 research.</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HE10474F9EA674A4E9167BD55E36DC653"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Exclusion from
			 numerical limitation</header><text>No semipostal issued pursuant to this Act
			 shall be taken into account for purposes of applying any numerical limitation
			 established under section 416(e)(1)(C) of title 39, United States Code.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H0E7EE9B7FBB64B52B2250B2570B3D619"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>For
			 purposes of this Act—</text>
				<paragraph id="HC38BACDA86034A32AFB244BA6F232C7D"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the term
			 <term>semipostal</term> has the meaning given such term by section 416(a)(1) of
			 title 39, United States Code; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H3DAAF3E35D834F60AA96650EAE1F674D"><enum>(2)</enum><text>any determination
			 of the <quote>amounts becoming available</quote> from the sale of a semipostal
			 shall be made in accordance with section 416(d) of title 39, United States
			 Code.</text>
