		<official-title>To withdraw the Tusayan Ranger District and Federal land
		  managed by the Bureau of Land Management in the vicinity of Kanab Creek and in
		  House Rock Valley from location, entry, and patent under the mining laws, and
		  for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H05BA997FB1A342849A9954F30AF0754F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Grand Canyon Watersheds Protection Act
			 of 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H37415AEB12794CDD8FC39A8D7610C5BB"><enum>2.</enum><header>Withdrawal of
			 federal land from mining laws</header>
			<subsection id="H7916773CFC614A07849FE41403862E8B"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Withdrawal</header><text>Subject
			 to subsection (b), the approximately 1,068,908 acres of Federal land generally
			 depicted on the map titled <quote>Grand Canyon Watersheds Protection Act of
			 2008</quote> and dated May 28, 2008, are hereby withdrawn from—</text>
				<paragraph id="H53A73EA86B80421894FF76CD818BCCE4"><enum>(1)</enum><text>all forms of
			 entry, appropriation, and disposal under the public land laws;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HC92BDF6AED0D42138A4DB3481ADB4F23"><enum>(2)</enum><text>location, entry,
			 and patent under the mining laws; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HFE800048FC3C41CEA2CA32C34CED0AB3"><enum>(3)</enum><text>operation of the
			 mineral leasing and geothermal leasing laws and mineral materials laws.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HE7CA37A190654DA396F70A31136F6F3A"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Treatment of
			 Existing Rights</header><text>The withdrawal under subsection (a) is subject to
			 valid, existing rights. If such rights are relinquished or otherwise acquired
			 by the United States after the date of the enactment of this Act, the land that
			 was subject to the rights shall be immediately withdrawn in accordance with
			 subsection (a).</text>
