		<official-title>To prohibit the Administrator of the Environmental
		  Protection Agency from authorizing the use of gasoline containing greater than
		  10-percent ethanol in certain vehicles, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H6F33EB2230B44CEABBB9903152AE323B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>No authority for gasoline
			 blends with greater than 10-percent ethanol</header>
			<subsection id="H7EA1D352BC6E48BDBB0FF7D79CAB97D3"><enum>(a)</enum><header>No
			 authority</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any
			 other provision of law, the Administrator of the Environmental Protection
			 Agency may not, including by granting a waiver pursuant to section 211(f)(4) of
			 the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7545(f)(4)), authorize or allow the introduction
			 into commerce of gasoline that contains greater than 10-volume-percent ethanol
			 for use in light-duty motor vehicles.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HCDA10AF8B9364CE680A9E692C11C625E"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Definition</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this Act, the term <term>light-duty
			 motor vehicles</term> includes light-duty vehicles, light-duty trucks, and
			 medium-duty passenger vehicles, as described in the decisions identified in
			 paragraphs (1) and (2) of section 2.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="HB67F7436E9E741E899ADBAAFEF3B9064"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of current
			 waivers</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Any waiver granted
			 pursuant to section 211(f)(4) of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7545(f)(4)) prior
			 to the date of enactment of this Act that allows for the introduction into
			 commerce of gasoline that contains greater than 10-volume-percent ethanol for
			 use in light-duty motor vehicles is repealed and shall have no force or effect,
			 including the following:</text>
