		<official-title>To amend the Reclamation States Emergency Drought Relief
		  Act of 1991 for the purposes of extending the Reclamation States Emergency
		  Drought Relief Act of 1991 through 2017, and for other

		<section id="H987CA123DEB8457DA7B9089943B2657E" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Drought relief</header>
			<subsection id="H6E27CD8E75804BF5B06DEBBFE8A64277"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Termination of
			 authority</header><text>Section 104(c) of the Reclamation States Emergency
			 Drought Relief Act of 1991 (43 U.S.C. 2214(c)) is amended by striking
			 <quote>2012</quote> and inserting <quote>2017</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H2A484DDF4B24442C9B21986CBDC4A62E"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Authorization of
			 appropriations</header><text>Section 301 of the Reclamation States Emergency
			 Drought Relief Act of 1991 (43 U.S.C. 2214) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H86D70C49930A4892899254C4DD3D1D0B"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>90,000,000</quote> and inserting <quote>$110,000,000</quote>; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H97B7F1008EF742BDB592B4CEB0DB20DB"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>2012</quote> and inserting <quote>2017</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection></section><section id="HF76547F4C82F4CA38AC33D1D7DE9656F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Climate
			 variability review</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Subsection
			 (e) of Section 203 of the Reclamation States Emergency Drought Relief Act of
			 1991 (43 U.S.C. 2214) is amended as follows:</text>

				<subsection id="HEAC2FB3FF166434C80C8631E2F89FD00"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Review</header><text>The
				contingency plans shall include provisions for periodic review to assure
				adequacy of the contingency plan to respond to current conditions, as well as
				address projected long-term climate variability and change, and such plans may
				be modified
				accordingly.</text>
