			 <committee-name committee-id="HHA00">House Administration</committee-name>, for
			 a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for
			 consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the
			 committee concerned</action-desc>

		<section id="HDFE1BECC1B4D401FAB0EECE8165D89FD" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Save Our States
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H3AF55FD38778467BAB78211ED280D98D"><enum>2.</enum><header>Delay in
			 implementation of health reform law provisions until Supreme Court decision on
			 the constitutionality of the individual mandate</header>
			<subsection display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HBC0F486715B24701BB4709C72E47E61C"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any
			 other provision of law, until the date on which the Supreme Court of the United
			 States renders a judgment that includes a holding on the constitutionality of
			 the requirement to maintain minimum essential coverage under section 5000A of
			 the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (as added by section 1501(b) of Public Law
			 111–148) in any case pending before a Federal court on the date of the
			 enactment of this Act—</text>
				<paragraph id="H6FFADA4F98024205813CF136183C9FD9"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the provisions of the health reform law (as
			 defined in subsection (b)) that are not in effect on the date of the enactment
			 of this Act shall not be in effect; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H51D8E93501864A03BAF9E64E3B7878E6"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the Federal government shall not promulgate
			 any further regulations under such provisions or otherwise prepare to implement
			 such provisions.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HBE58FE080453472D808F5CF38D936D1E"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Health reform
			 law defined</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this section,
			 the term <term>health reform law</term> means—</text>
				<paragraph id="H0EA876CD62EC43CC9D5F785E225F2165"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the Patient
			 Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111–148); and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H31578AC8B2224CAF94DB0CBD8ECE7B92"><enum>(2)</enum><text>title I and
			 subtitle B of title II of the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of
			 2010 (Public Law 111–152),</text>
				</paragraph><continuation-text continuation-text-level="subsection">and
			 includes the amendments made by such provisions.</continuation-text></subsection></section></legis-body>
