Short title

This Act may be cited as the Synthetic Cathinones Control Act of 2012.

Addition of synthetic drugs to schedule i of the controlled substances act

Schedule I of section 202(c) of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 812(c)) is amended in subsection (c) by adding at the end the following: (29)3,4-methylenedioxymethcathinone (methylone). (37)Alpha-pyrrolidinopropiophenone (alpha-PPP). (38)4-methoxy-alphapyrrolidinopropiophenone (MOPPP). (39)3,4-methylenedioxyalphapyrrolidinopropiophenone (MDPPP).
