		<official-title>To direct the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through
		  the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, to submit to Congress, and make
		  available to the public on the Internet, a report on the animals killed under
		  the Wildlife Services program of the Animal and Plant Health Inspection
		  Service.</official-title>

		<section id="H4EEB9B1F6F4045C18956CA6C248049A6" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote>Transparency for Lethal Control Act</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H2DEA569288AD4666BE74AB2F7030836B"><enum>2.</enum><header>Report on animals
			 killed under Wildlife Services program of the Animal and Plant Health
			 Inspection Service</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Not later
			 than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and annually
			 thereafter, the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Animal and Plant
			 Health Inspection Service, shall submit to Congress, and make available to the
			 public on the Internet, a report on the animals killed under the wildlife
			 services program under section 1 of the Act of March 2, 1931 (7 U.S.C. 426; 46
			 Stat. 1468) or by a State or local entity acting in cooperation with or on
			 behalf of the wildlife services program during the preceding calendar year,
			 including—</text>
			<paragraph id="H63CB37EFE66C4A75969ACE3F1B1E4CF3"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the number of such
			 animals killed, listed by State, county (or other similar political subdivision
			 of a State), and municipality;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H5AE5094747A840DDA68C491468711E46"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the species name
			 for such animals;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H0349A325E8D449279F6A01B9A66F8EB6"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the method used to kill such animals;
			 and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H9471D2851A8E46CE825C79AE39E4E513"><enum>(4)</enum><text>the reasons that
			 the Secretary determined that—</text>
				<subparagraph id="HB4173F5F56C5489A88ED54CC1673AC84"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the species of
			 such animals were injurious; and</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HFD60AAB1717742F0B743066BF8EBDCA6"><enum>(B)</enum><text>killing such
			 animals was necessary.</text>
