		<section id="H812CA6D5406F465BB0D2296AF3669BB8" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Extension of Andean Trade
			 Preference Act</header>
			<subsection id="HB039F53F6F894D988DDF8DB0F483A9C1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Extension</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 208(a) of the Andean Trade
			 Preference Act (19 U.S.C. 3206(a)) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H99C8280407AA460FB35BF012F350E81D"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph
			 (1)(A), by striking <quote>February 12, 2011</quote> and inserting <quote>June
			 30, 2011</quote>; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HD87EE610A0E64E609E2CDE44A9E993E2"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in paragraph (2), by striking
			 <quote>February 12, 2011</quote> and inserting <quote>June 30,
			 2011</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HBDA8B905052D49108EE130E26888A509"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Treatment of
			 certain apparel articles</header><text>Section 204(b)(3)(E)(ii)(II) of the
			 Andean Trade Preference Act (19 U.S.C. 3203(b)(3)(E)(II)) is amended by
			 striking <quote>February 12, 2011</quote> and inserting <quote>June 30,
			 2011</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HE71452B649014924A559222822776C2A"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendments made by this section shall take effect on
			 February 13, 2011.</text>
			</subsection></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H84023D102CD14A77A464D8462BAD3B79"><enum>2.</enum><header>Offset</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 279(b) of the Trade Act of 1974 (19
			 U.S.C. 2372a(b)) is amended by striking <quote>2013, and 2014</quote> and
			 inserting <quote>and 2013 and $469,000,000 for fiscal year 2014</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H94184737D1CD4300852E28FDE58D6935"><enum>3.</enum><header>Compliance with
			 PAYGO</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The budgetary effects of
			 this Act, for the purpose of complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of
			 2010, shall be determined by reference to the latest statement titled
			 <quote>Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation</quote> for this Act, submitted
			 for printing in the Congressional Record by the Chairman of the House Budget
			 Committee, provided that such statement has been submitted prior to the vote on
			 passage.</text>
