		<section id="HB3A2BA5FBBF14B73982588F7F76CCC1D" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Recovering Excessive Stimulus Expenditures for Taxpayers
			 (RESET) Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H0ABD13BA55034A7E8096F13D00D8CF9D"><enum>2.</enum><header>Rescission of
			 unobligated stimulus funds</header>
			<subsection id="H1059FA81E4E045DD94763141C9F0B898"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Rescission of
			 unobligated stimulus funds</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Effective on the date of the enactment of
			 this section, there are rescinded all unobligated balances of the discretionary
			 appropriations made available by division A of the American Recovery and
			 Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Public Law 111–5).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HDE733909DF384B8583AB0EA13350AFD8"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Use for deficit
			 reduction</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">All appropriations
			 rescinded in subsection (a) shall be deposited in the general fund of the
			 Treasury and used for Federal budget deficit reduction.</text>
