		<section id="H162643AB805647B9A56C05DE5B835BC3" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Reporting Efficiency Improvement
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HBB27B14BA7204DDEBF5F8C3A49777D7B"><enum>2.</enum><header>Elimination of
			 reports for unfunded programs under the Office of Justice Programs</header>
			<subsection id="H3BDF0E09A9D9402E84F114C19131ADC1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>DNA
			 identification grants</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section
			 2406 of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42
			 U.S.C. 3796kk–5) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H7FAE9DBE0008405AAFBE5E439B830964"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote><header-in-text level="subsection" style="OLC"><enum-in-header>(a)</enum-in-header> Reports to Attorney
			 General.—</header-in-text></quote>; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H2B9ED5D8FE134CD9B778A5C294E1930C"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking
			 subsection (b).</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HEF1BC3EA45744C2CBCA7C6EE8926A0A0"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Police Corps
			 program</header>
				<paragraph id="H6994EAA1D95043E2A9D1CE308ECAD865"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Repeal of report
			 requirement</header><text>Section 200113 of the Police Corps Act (42 U.S.C.
			 14102) is repealed.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H10EB1616E9464821A92A67E3A49379C3"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Conforming
			 amendment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Violent Crime
			 Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 is amended by striking the item
			 relating to section <pagebreak></pagebreak>200113 in the table of contents contained in
			 section 2 of such Act.</text>
