		  of eligibility of dependent children for receipt of transferred educational
		  assistance under the Post-9/11 Educational Assistance Program of the Department

		<section id="HF75223970BB14D4EA261694AF155614D" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Post 9/11 G.I. Bill Dependent Coverage Improvement
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H6D3F48F35D264292A1D6B53397E7C6A1" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Transfer of unused
			 educational assistance under Post-9/11 Educational Assistance Program of the
			 Department of Veterans Affairs to dependent children under the age of
			 26</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3319 of title 38,
			 United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new
			 subsection:</text>

				<subsection id="HEAB0565DCDF14842901625E628F87289"><enum>(l)</enum><header>Definition of
				child</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The definition of the
				term <quote>child</quote> in paragraph (4) of section 101 of title 38, United
				States Code, shall be applied to this section by substituting
				<quote>twenty-six</quote> for <quote>twenty-three</quote> in subparagraph
				(A)(iii) of that paragraph.</text>
