		<official-title>To provide clarity on the use of National Infantry Museum
		  and Soldier Center Commemorative Coin surcharges, the use of Abraham Lincoln
		  Commemorative Coin surcharges, and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="HD00E0982FA63464489295EC305307D6E" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>National Infantry Museum and
			 Soldier Center Commemorative Coin surcharges</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 6(b) of the National Infantry Museum
			 and Soldier Center Commemorative Coin Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/110/357">Public Law
			 110–357</external-xref>, 122 Stat. 3999) is amended by inserting before the
			 period at the end the following: <quote>, and for the retirement of debt
			 associated with building the existing National Infantry Museum and Soldier
			 Center</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H94A851FCAECE4604AC15EAC398CD84E1"><enum>2.</enum><header>Abraham Lincoln
			 Commemorative Coin surcharges</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 7(b) of the Abraham Lincoln
			 Commemorative Coin Act (Public Law 109–285, 120 Stat. 1215) is amended by
			 striking <quote>Secretary to</quote> and all that follows through the end of
			 the subsection and inserting the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H62A96CB4B04D489FA3DF3689CEB6A81C" style="OLC">
				<quoted-block-continuation-text quoted-block-continuation-text-level="subsection">Secretary
				as follows:</quoted-block-continuation-text><paragraph id="H6622143E60724758B04C9BFA4DE17BCC"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Forty percent, to the Abraham Lincoln
				Bicentennial foundation, to further its work.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H57DA68FF301646C78A7B5DC6EE9AB544"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Twenty percent each, to the Ford’s Theater
				Society, the National Trust for Historic Preservation President Lincoln’s
				Cottage fund, and the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, for the
				preservation and maintenance of their buildings and the contents of their
				buildings.</text>
