		<section id="HAA0BFC219F724AC8A6937A66FABE0BC2" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Commuter Savings Act of
			 2012</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HACA548F3203940948E68DBA7D8244A2C"><enum>2.</enum><header>Extension of
			 parity for exclusion from income for employer-provided mass transit and parking
			 benefits</header>
			<subsection id="H568DC5F357D240928FB20AAF74F8BD2F"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Paragraph (2) of
			 section 132(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking
			 <quote>January 1, 2012</quote> and inserting <quote>January 1,
			 2014</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H114386E156E740B7A2DF2EB04FCD246D"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendments made by this section shall apply to months
			 after December 31, 2011.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="HC2CFFDF2CF8B49E7B1F1834649164717"><enum>3.</enum><header>Reduction in
			 appropriations to Prevention and Public Health Fund</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The amounts appropriated to the Prevention
			 and Public Health Fund established under section 4002 of the Patient Protection
			 and Affordable Care Act shall be reduced by an amount equal to the amount
			 estimated by the Secretary of the Treasury to be the reduction in revenues to
			 the Federal Government by reason of the amendments made by section 1.</text>
