			 Courthouse</header>
			<subsection id="HE1D8CB8249FE48CFADB2353A2F5804D4"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Designation</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The United States courthouse under
			 construction, as of the date of enactment of this Act, at 98 West First Street,
			 Yuma, Arizona, shall be known and designated as the <quote>John M. Roll United
			 States Courthouse</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H377DF8B6B3B7491E8386517444F54E59"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text>Any
			 reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the
			 United States to the United States courthouse referred to in subsection (a)
			 shall be deemed to be a reference to the <quote>John M. Roll United States
			 Courthouse</quote>.</text>
