			<subsection id="H01F86BD6A6CC4548912CB4D6BC08407E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>HSAs</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subparagraph (A) of section 223(d)(2) of
			 the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking the last
			 sentence.</text>

			 MSAs</header><text>Subparagraph (A) of section 220(d)(2) of such Code is
			 amended by striking the last sentence.</text>

			 spending arrangements and health reimbursement
			 arrangements</header><text>Section 106 of such Code is amended by striking
			 subsection (f).</text>
