		<section id="HF584A187D30343D9866E96D80E7ECE88" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Melanoma Research Act of
			 2012</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H0B0D392AC07444748F2E8AB4977DA64C"><enum>2.</enum><header>Skin Cancer
			 Research Fund</header>
			<subsection id="H1BB94F8DDFA042A5881508CEA82C76E1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Creation of
			 fund</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">There is established in
			 the Treasury of the United States a trust fund to be known as the <quote>Skin
			 Cancer Research Fund</quote>, consisting of such amounts as may be deposited
			 into the Skin Cancer Research Fund under subsection (b).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HF19271BF766445CCA07BCA47BD9171BC"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Transfer to fund
			 of certain amounts</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">For each
			 of fiscal years 2013 through 2017, there shall be deposited into the Skin
			 Cancer Research Fund amounts equivalent to the taxes received in the Treasury
			 during the respective fiscal year under section 5000B of the Internal Revenue
			 Code of 1986 (26 U.S.C. 5000B; relating to taxes on indoor tanning
			 services).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H116068CC96AA4E5DBFEA9F6526B8C47D"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Limitation on
			 availability of amounts in fund</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Amounts in the Skin Cancer Research Fund
			 shall be available, as provided by appropriation Acts, exclusively for the
			 conduct or support of research relating to skin cancer by the National
			 Institutes of Health under title IV of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C.
			 281 et seq.).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H619C8478A5584E4EB1EFAFDF2AB36CA0"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Definition</header><text>In
			 this Act, the term <term>skin cancer</term> means any of the following:</text>
				<paragraph id="H4C9A528571C647E9AB5C78042988579C"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Actinic
			 keratosis.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H67633059286E4E79A5CFA5549DE503FD"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Basal cell
			 carcinoma.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HA116FBA9BE294D27AFB658C95706503E"><enum>(3)</enum><text>Melanoma.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H121C0A520AED4F18B8BE4B0A5DD8A6FF"><enum>(4)</enum><text>Kaposi’s
			 sarcoma.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HF16DA184A9704C8BB35F3D0B61969D7C"><enum>(5)</enum><text>Squamous cell
			 carcinoma.</text>
