		  enhance the roles of dentists and allied dental personnel in the Nation’s
		  disaster response framework, and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H6FA1EDFED4964024A0B331499D472628" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Dental Emergency Responder Act of
			 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H736B0A84F1534209B5F40B2127F9D7E0"><enum>2.</enum><header>Dental emergency
			 responders: public health and medical response</header>
			<subsection id="H5651142552934529BCC1DBF270A5B7E8"><enum>(a)</enum><header>National health
			 security strategy</header><text>Section 2802(b)(3) of the Public Health Service
			 Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/300hh-1">42 U.S.C.
			 300hh–1(b)(3)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="HF5CE1F42119049E28419E8AD526FFF60"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in the matter
			 preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting <quote>and which may include dental
			 health facilities</quote> after <quote>mental health facilities</quote>;
			 and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H6F4E5F2918984425832D403F364CF436"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subparagraph
			 (D), by inserting <quote>(which may include such dental health assets)</quote>
			 after <quote>medical assets</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H7F97AC1414AD40009A253A08483689D8"><enum>(b)</enum><header>All-Hazards
			 public health and medical response curricula and training</header><text>Section
			 319F(a)(5)(B) of the Public Health Service Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/247d-6">42 U.S.C. 247d–6(a)(5)(B)</external-xref>) is
			 amended by striking <quote>public health or medical</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>public health, medical, or dental</quote>.</text>
