		<section id="H2315F797AE30488BACBDEF12281B1524" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Divisional Realignment Act of
			 2012</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H541A2B8FFAD448BD9BFB80FFBB3AF8C5" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Realignment within the
			 eastern district of Missouri</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 105(a) of title 28, United States
			 Code, is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="HD4E4181C51B24A1D8EFC864AFA00FF7D"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (1),
			 by striking <quote>Iron,</quote> and <quote>Saint Genevieve,</quote>;
			 and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H193D294A7B8344B798FCB6443C613117"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph
			 (3)—</text>
				<subparagraph id="H070A212A38F4413CB379F686BD3D1463"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by inserting
			 <quote>Iron,</quote> after <quote>Dunklin,</quote>; and</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H16B6609702AC46AD931289F8E355BEDE"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by inserting
			 <quote>Saint Genevieve,</quote> after <quote>Ripley,</quote>.</text>
				</subparagraph></paragraph></section><section id="HBA7E393DAE9C4F79AFE03BC1509F1261"><enum>3.</enum><header>Realignment
			 within the northern district of Mississippi</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 104(a) of title 28, United States
			 Code, is amended by striking subsection (a) and inserting the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H4D0B8D0D31BD4D1FAD6F90999E72D0F1" style="USC">
				<subsection id="H331AE508CB844A1ABF51471CE7410370"><enum>(a)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The northern district comprises three
				divisions.</text>
					<paragraph id="H003101982E7C4ED8978477136BF06E5D"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Aberdeen Division comprises the
				counties of Alcorn, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Clay, Itawamba, Lee, Lowndes, Monroe,
				Oktibbeha, Prentiss, Tishomingo, Webster, and Winston.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H9B32CEC2523749DF9AD7D1B990B22A78"><enum></enum><text>Court for the
				Aberdeen Division shall be held at Aberdeen, Ackerman, and Corinth.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H1732A7B1DFF84818999F7CEE26997AB3"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The Oxford
				Division comprises the counties of Benton, Calhoun, DeSoto, Lafayette,
				Marshall, Panola, Pontotoc, Quitman, Tallahatchie, Tate, Tippah, Tunica, Union,
				and Yalobusha.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H5FD97E97E5A04258B68459E2FB5002F8"><enum></enum><text>Court for the
				Oxford Division shall be held at Oxford.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H2991B2244B2F4F0FBA49A5E27DB8A83A"><enum>(3)</enum><text>The Greenville
				Division comprises the counties of Attala, Bolivar, Carroll, Coahoma, Grenada,
				Humphreys, Leflore, Montgomery, Sunflower, and Washington.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H42E4919EC85D4162AA34853E670E9C96"><enum></enum><text>Court for the
				Greenville Division shall be held at Clarksdale, Cleveland, and
				Greenville.</text>
