                  In the Senate of the United States,

                                                     December 14, 2011.
    Resolved, That the bill from the House of Representatives (H.R. 
515) entitled ``An Act to reauthorize the Belarus Democracy Act of 
2004.'', do pass with the following

                              AMENDMENTS:

(1)On page 6, line 19, strike ``and'' and insert ``expanded its visa 
ban list, imposed additional financial sanctions on certain state-owned 
enterprises, and initiated preparations to freeze the assets of several 
individuals in Belarus. The''.

(2)On page 10, line 9, strike ``continue to''.
