		<official-title>To authorize the issuance of right-of-way permits for
		  natural gas pipelines in Glacier National Park, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H4DDD4A1373154D658B25483F8AF97750" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Permits for existing natural
			 gas pipelines</header>
			<subsection id="HF0F4085127604E018CB3346813ABF7B2"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>The Secretary of the Interior may issue right-of-way
			 permits for each natural gas pipeline (including all appurtenances used in the
			 operation of the natural gas pipeline) that, as of March 1, 2012, is located
			 within the boundary of Glacier National Park.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H1131C681A95B40CA8B0FAF6625BADD28"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Terms and
			 conditions</header><text>A permit issued under subsection (a) shall be—</text>
				<paragraph id="H8963A56E05EB4AD98F1F7AE3E75D8AA8"><enum>(1)</enum><text>issued as a
			 right-of-way renewal, consistent with laws (including regulations) generally
			 applicable to utility rights-of-way within units of the National Park System,
			 including the Act of March 4, 1911 (16 U.S.C. 5);</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HD0C65FCA4D244FAEA8EC2072BAB581AC"><enum>(2)</enum><text>for a width of not
			 more than 50 feet on either side of the centerline of the natural gas pipeline;
			 and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H80EAA2650D89416289BDD3457B9DD5A9"><enum>(3)</enum><text>subject to any
			 terms and conditions that the Secretary of the Interior determines to be
			 necessary.</text>
