		  States subject to the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule.</official-title>

		<section id="H046D6CA2D8E74164A25E000E06A215BF" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Finding</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Congress finds that an approximate 180-day
			 period before which States and utilities are required to comply with certain
			 new rules regarding maximum permissible emissions of ozone, sulfur dioxide, or
			 nitrogen oxides under the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule is insufficient for
			 those States and utilities to achieve that compliance.</text>
		</section><section id="H22C44F31227F4A7CB4F33B5D657F999A"><enum>2.</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In this Act:</text>
			<paragraph id="H4D7A2EE89B2E435F8C20FF74C7A35541"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Administrator</header><text>The
			 term <term>Administrator</term> means the Administrator of the Environmental
			 Protection Agency.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HD137360C8AB54163BCF0007E6456E6BE"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Clean Air
			 Interstate Rule</header><text>The term <term>Clean Air Interstate Rule</term>
			 means the final rule promulgated by the Administrator entitled <quote>Rule To
			 Reduce Interstate Transport of Fine Particulate Matter and Ozone (Clean Air
			 Interstate Rule); Revisions to Acid Rain Program; Revisions to the NOX SIP
			 Call</quote> (70 Fed. Reg. 25162 (May 12, 2005)).</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H3CB0F12ABA5C4020AD1E037ACDB29E69"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Cross-State Air
			 Pollution Rule</header><text>The term <term>Cross-State Air Pollution
			 Rule</term> means the final rule promulgated by the Administrator entitled
			 <quote>Federal Implementation Plans: Interstate Transport of Fine Particulate
			 Matter and Ozone and Correction of SIP Approvals</quote> (76 Fed. Reg. 48208
			 (August 8, 2011)) and revisions to that final rule entitled <quote>Revisions to
			 Federal Implementation Plans To Reduce Interstate Transport of Fine Particulate
			 Matter and Ozone</quote> (77 Fed. Reg. 10324 (February 21, 2012)).</text>
			</paragraph></section><section id="HF2A7C05BA7BE4922BC87D49E59F3F45E"><enum>3.</enum><header>Extension of
			 compliance deadline</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law,
			 a State that was not required to reduce emissions or levels of ozone, sulfur
			 dioxide, or nitrogen oxides under the Clean Air Interstate Rule shall not be
			 required to comply with any requirement under the Cross-State Air Pollution
			 Rule before January 1, 2017.</text>
