		<official-title>To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of
		  1965 to allow a local educational agency that receives a subgrant under section
		  2121 of such Act to use the funds to provide professional development
		  activities that train school personnel about restorative justice and conflict
		  resolution.</official-title>

		<section id="H97936803D46546C2B799D344F93D551B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Restorative Justice in Schools Act of
			 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HC33F6FAA6BB34D78AFC6D8FE7E615066" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Restorative justice
			 training</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2123(a)(3)(B)
			 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 6623(a)(3)(B))
			 is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H2083B050A1D54AFCB4DA72213C238B79"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in clause (iv), by
			 striking <quote>and</quote> at the end;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HB30E5599D55B4C3C907EBA334E28D3A4"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in clause (v), by
			 striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H399CA5B60EDF4F53B22642AFD71BCEDB"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the
			 end the following:</text>

					<clause id="H70F804454A494B13AE6970C65B6A69BF"><enum>(vi)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">provide training about restorative justice
