		<section id="H0006FD55FB0D4ED6B8D915540E56900A" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Airport Master Plan Customer Convenience Enhancement,
			 Security, and Sustainability Act of 2011</short-title></quote> or the
			 <quote><short-title>ACCESS Act of 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H392920DC29F64AC09B851B49C8FFCDEA"><enum>2.</enum><header>AIRPORT MASTER
			 PLANS</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 47101 of title
			 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H129031E6B9A14612A2C52DCD5F166461" style="USC">
				<subsection id="HA1556BD9FA1F4EFEB960154C790A164E"><enum>(i)</enum><header>Additional goals
				for airport master plans</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In
				addition to the goals set forth in subsection (g)(2), the Secretary of
				Transportation shall encourage (including through Federal Aviation
				Administration advisory circulars) airport sponsors and State and local
				officials to consider in airport master plans the following:</text>
					<paragraph id="H199B68BBE98D4B01B46AEC287C218B2B"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Customer
				convenience.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H92DF825066B541468C1FAEB3342B7B94"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Airport ground
				access.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H085C9344D32A46428D923A3CD153B77B"><enum>(3)</enum><text>Access to airport
				facilities.</text>
					</paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
