		<section id="H07F48691B73E40E9B246EC93572BEC52" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Vat Blue 66</header>
			<subsection id="H7C65E552937C4D2B9D9EC9177675D28B"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Heading 9902.02.65 of
			 the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking
			 <quote>12/31/2006</quote> and inserting <quote>12/31/2014</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H38C717C8ACF043E8BDFD9B14ABC14C60"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 Date</header>
				<paragraph id="H67C826C3468942F388E2009EA7E3ECFA"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to goods
			 entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day
			 after the date of enactment of this Act.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HE84EEFBE0F714E47958776002276050E"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Retroactive
			 provision</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding
			 section 514 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1514) or any other provision
			 of law, upon proper request filed with U.S. Customs and Border Protection on or
			 before the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act, any entry, or
			 withdrawal from warehouse for consumption, of an article—</text>
					<subparagraph id="H8FF681AD04514E949EC1FB0A607F61CF"><enum>(A)</enum><text>that was made
			 after December 31, 2006, and before the date that is 15 days after the date of
			 enactment of this Act, and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H0BF67B583232488F89A305CF4A159D23"><enum>(B)</enum><text>with respect to
			 which there would have been no duty or a lower rate of duty if the amendment
			 made by subsection (a) applied to such entry or withdrawal,</text>
					</subparagraph><continuation-text continuation-text-level="paragraph">shall be
			 liquidated or reliquidated as if such amendment applied to such entry or
			 withdrawal.</continuation-text></paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body>
