		<official-title>To consolidate programs at the Department of Justice and
		  enact the CAMPUS Safety Act of 2011.</official-title>

		<section id="HDAA6D28C8890469F9E3D9619B6571D3C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Justice program
			 consolidation</header>
			<subsection id="H4C34D1C17FE74FA792587150EDB71DCE"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Effective 30 days after the date of enactment of this
			 Act, the Office of Dispute Resolution of the Department of Justice and the
			 jurisdiction and employees of such office shall be—</text>
				<paragraph id="H80AA75877BC041B6BBB024FF48C1A28E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>transferred to the
			 Office of Legal Policy of the Department of Justice; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H0773D25FBD3D4EACA735D81B522B0A73"><enum>(2)</enum><text>funded through the
			 general administration appropriation of the Office of Legal Policy.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H5BC8B3A75A5A459C8CEA1BE83E652B21"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Additional
			 amount</header><text>The Attorney General shall implement policies that will
			 result in at least $1,000,000 in savings through consolidating ineffective or
			 duplicative programs over the period of fiscal years 2012 through 2016.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="HB31F852EAE57402A9093F7B6724A3DF5"><enum>2.</enum><header>Enactment of the
			 CAMPUS Safety Act of 2011</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The
			 bill H.R. 2342 (112th Congress), as introduced in the House of Representatives
			 on June 23, 2011, is hereby enacted into law.</text>
