 introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on

                                 A BILL


 
 To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located 
 at 8771 Auburn Folsom Road in Roseville, California, as the ``Private 
                First Class Victor A. Dew Post Office''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. FINDINGS.

    The Congress finds and declares that--
            (1) PFC Victor Dew, USMC, was born June 8, 1990 in Hayward, 
        California;
            (2) He graduated from Granite Bay High School in 2008;
            (3) He became a U.S. Marine in December 2009 to serve his 
        country;
            (4) He served valiantly as a proud U.S. Marine in Helmand 
        Province, Afghanistan;
            (5) He combined a humble, quiet, kind nature with a 
        resolute character;
            (6) He was a respected leader, determined to protect family 
        and friends;
            (7) This genuine, honest, good man gave his life for his 
        country on October 13, 2010;
            (8) The Congress of the United States, in acknowledgment of 
        this debt that cannot be repaid, honors Victor for his ultimate 
        sacrifice and recognizes his service to his country, faithfully 
        executed to his last, full measure of devotion.

SEC. 2. PRIVATE FIRST CLASS VICTOR A. DEW POST OFFICE.

    (a) Designation.--The facility of the United States Postal Service 
located at 8771 Auburn Folsom Road in Roseville, California, shall be 
known and designated as the ``Private First Class Victor A. Dew Post 
Office''.
    (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to 
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Private 
First Class Victor A. Dew Post Office''.
