		<official-title>To provide for the issuance of a semipostal to benefit
		  the Peace Corps.</official-title>

		<section id="HC35ED4A4CC1B4D49ADC9474DCF87FDF2" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Peace Stamp for the Peace Corps
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H5B594EAE258A4FA6B74EC24DDDFFDD17"><enum>2.</enum><header>Peace Corps
			 stamp</header>
			<subsection id="HAF7FC16BA7194EDA8CC4AFFF39D83695"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>The United States Postal Service shall, for a 2-year
			 period beginning no later than 12 months after the date of the enactment of
			 this Act, issue a semipostal to benefit the Peace Corps.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H96BF3DEFD43E4BF894017D60863BAA63"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Requirements and
			 authorities</header><text>The issuance of such semipostal and the disposition
			 of the amounts becoming available from the issuance of such semipostal shall be
			 governed by section 416 of title 39, United States Code, subject to the
			 following:</text>
				<paragraph id="HED4DD1357C1D4764B69C6046C631B575"><enum>(1)</enum><text>The differential
			 included in the rate of postage established for such semipostal under section
			 416(c) of such title may not exceed 25 percent.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H6F3143A901834CD5901EBAF5E2DB2B87"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The Peace Corps
			 shall be the sole agency to which any amounts becoming available from the sale
			 of such semipostal may be transferred under section 416(d)(1) of such
			 title.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H90D6004D53494D1FB13CACA82846A5FB"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Semipostal
			 defined</header><text>For purposes of this section, the term
			 <term>semipostal</term> has the meaning given such term by section 416(a)(1) of
			 such title.</text>
