		  a jobs score for each spending bill considered in Congress.</official-title>

		<section id="HD220A909EAD04B5F83EE2341202F0742" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Jobs Score Act of
			 2012</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H5B0913FE982546118CAB395D6EA7A3F6"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendment to the
			 Congressional Budget Act of 1974</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 402 of the Congressional Budget Act
			 of 1974 (2 U.S.C. 653) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H3CAFB8A756E24AFEB658EFE6F0FA11D8"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (2),
			 by striking <quote>and</quote>;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HA3F38911468346099B3ECF043D91173B"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (3),
			 by striking the period and inserting <quote>; and</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H5F24352EF5C3445AB7FF4321AE95A876"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by inserting after
			 paragraph (3) the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HF4F94A79E9404C4091F9F1628A0FCCF0" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="H903F3A57BFFA45319DC962C39A5ECFC3"><enum>(4)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">an estimate of the number of jobs which
				would be created, sustained, or lost in carrying out such bill or resolution in
				the fiscal year in which it is to become effective and in each of the 4 fiscal
				years following such fiscal year, together with the basis for each such
				estimate, and to the extent practicable, the analysis shall include regional
				and State-level estimates of jobs that would be created, sustained, or
				lost.</text>
