		<section id="HAB8D3BE307B447938238B1CBDAECBEFF" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Keeping IDs Safe Act of
			 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HDD6671FE05F9452BAA0213AD40981981"><enum>2.</enum><header>Protecting
			 information received by the Commissioner of Social Security related to deceased
			 individuals</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 205(r) of
			 the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 405) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H3D46466089CB4D2483CDED361706FD28"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (5)
			 by striking <quote>for statistical and research activities</quote> and all that
			 follows and inserting <quote>for law enforcement, tax administration, and
			 statistical and research activities conducted by Federal agencies and for
			 statistical and research activities conducted by State agencies.</quote>;
			 and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H5026B0C678534ED7BA70657EADC473DD"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding at the
			 end the following new paragraph:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H3AC42AD6EB6240008A1F7158AA187578" style="traditional">
					<paragraph id="HBD01922BECF842908217FF1811F42586" indent="up1"><enum>(10)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Information related to a deceased
				individual received by the Commissioner of Social Security other than as
				described in paragraph (1) shall be treated for purposes of paragraph (6) in
				the same manner as information received as described in paragraph (1).</text>
