Short title

This Act may be cited as the Northern Border Regional Commission Reauthorization Act of 2011.

(a)

Authorization of appropriations

Section 15751 of title 40, United States Code, is amended— (1)by redesignating subsection (b) as subsection (c); (2)by inserting after subsection (a) the following: (b)

Northern Border Regional Commission

There is authorized to be appropriated to the Northern Border Regional Commission to carry out this subtitle $30,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2013 through 2017. ; and (3)in subsection (c), as so redesignated in paragraph (1) of this subsection, by inserting by the Commission, if in that fiscal year at least $10,000,000 is made available to the Commission under this section before the period. (b)

Technical amendment

Subtitle V of title 40, United States Code, is amended by redesignating chapters 1, 2, 3, and 4 as chapters 151, 153, 155, and 157, respectively.
