		<section id="H43DBDF053B704F3AAAA7CA22CB674487" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>San Antonio Missions National
			 Historical Park Boundary Expansion Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H19A193E1AD8A4FD39500E674C7441F11"><enum>2.</enum><header>Findings</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Congress finds that—</text>
			<paragraph id="H285E41C0123C41239C69D1D6A96AC176"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the San Antonio Missions
			 National Historical Park is important to understanding the history and
			 development of the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, the State of Texas, and
			 the United States;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H2BD34104137A4773BE79E7C479893C7A"><enum>(2)</enum><text>understanding the
			 connection between the San Antonio River and the San Antonio Missions is
			 critical to understanding mission life in colonial Texas; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HA368F9EAAE124A9A9424961312D45EE5"><enum>(3)</enum><text>the San Antonio Missions
			 National Historical Park enjoys the strong support of the City of San Antonio,
			 Bexar County, and their citizens and businesses.</text>
			</paragraph></section><section id="HA62A57CD53AC4CD3BB3C6704F4620EC1"><enum>3.</enum><header>Boundary
			 expansion</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 201(a) of
			 Public Law 95–629 (16 U.S.C. 410ee(a)) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H832EE8A3F7BC4FF1B9F0ACFD73D1E84E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>In
			 order</quote> and inserting <quote>(1) In order</quote>;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HEF2D965286F74F39988B5BBEB3C9FB1A"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking <quote>The
			 park shall also</quote> and inserting:</text>

			 advising the</quote> and inserting:</text>

			</paragraph><paragraph id="H034147A261DC408291405F149FCD1F9F"><enum>(4)</enum><text>by inserting after
			 paragraph (2) (as so designated by paragraph (2) above) the following:</text>
				<quoted-block changed="added" committee-id="HII00" id="HA5C609D8254E43AEBB603564658114B8" reported-display-style="italic" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="H9C4B88B68C9E45AABD5B0A157BA17158" indent="up1"><enum>(3)</enum><text>The boundary of the park
				is further modified to include approximately 151 acres, as depicted on the map
				titled <quote>San Antonio Missions National Historical Park Proposed Boundary
				Addition 2009</quote>, numbered 472/468,027, and dated November 2009. The map
				shall be on file and available for inspection in the appropriate offices of the
				National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="HA389691A199346FA959E1DF534745EF9" indent="up1"><enum>(4)</enum><text>The Secretary may not
				acquire by condemnation any land or interest in land within the boundaries of
				the park. The Secretary is authorized to acquire land and interests in land
				that are within the boundaries of the park pursuant to paragraph (3) by
				donation only. No private property or non-Federal public property shall be
				included within the boundaries of the park without the written consent of the
				owner of such property. Nothing in this Act, the establishment of park, or the
				management plan of the park shall be construed create buffer zones outside of
				the park. That an activity or use can be seen or heard from within the park
				shall not preclude the conduct of that activity or use outside the
				park.</text>
