<section id="HE118330669AD42B3AB5D8482838DDB8B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Creating American Jobs Through Foreign Capital Investment Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section>
<section id="HA12569A7E36F41E28D60275086EB6D48" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Permanent reauthorization of EB–5 Regional Center Program</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 610 of the Departments of Commerce, Justice, and State, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1993 (8 U.S.C. 1153 note) is amended—</text>
<paragraph id="H28CF7223C27346E8BC8E90936321E358"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>pilot</quote> each place such term appears; and</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H0CB81B4FC3224DCCB8B4304AB503963F"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (b), by striking <quote>until September 30, 2012</quote>.</text></paragraph></section>
