			 <quote><short-title>Small Business Administration 504 Loan
			 Refinancing Extension Act of 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H7F73F730F680491EAFB342F1882D8C89"><enum>2.</enum><header>Low-interest
			 refinancing under the Local Development Business Loan Program</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1122(b) of the Small Business Jobs
			 Act of 2010 is amended by striking <quote>Effective 2 years after</quote> and
			 inserting <quote>On the date that is 3 years after</quote>.</text>
