Short title

This Act may be cited as the Small Business Opportunity Expansion Act of 2011.

Goals for procurement contracts awarded to small business concerns

Section 15(g)(1) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 644(g)(1)) is amended— (1)by striking than 23 percent and inserting than 24 percent; (2)by striking than 3 percent each place it appears and inserting than 4 percent; and (3)by striking than 5 percent each place it appears and inserting than 6 percent.
