		<official-title>To amend the Small Business Act with respect to goals for
		  procurement contracts awarded to small business concerns, and for other

		<section id="HA19C07F5C148419E87DBA64573E53765" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Small Business Opportunity Expansion Act of
			 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HCF0DCF6C9E3F4EC3BDF56F4E9F24024F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Goals for
			 procurement contracts awarded to small business concerns</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 15(g)(1) of the Small Business Act
			 (15 U.S.C. 644(g)(1)) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H1CBA6CA0792B4CDE923574E1999021D5"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>than 23 percent</quote> and inserting <quote>than 24
			 percent</quote>;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H8C719F1E4992470DA97D8F21F7CDDE32"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>than 3 percent</quote> each place it appears and inserting <quote>than 4
			 percent</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H74654C18D09B491A9B4A32924925B9C6"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>than 5 percent</quote> each place it appears and inserting <quote>than 6
			 percent</quote>.</text>
