<section id="H56CA855D539B4455B9EE0A378A871512" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short Title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>American Taxpayer and Western Area Power Administration Customer Protection Act of 2011</short-title></quote>.</text> </section>
<section id="HE25203F0D2964D95A7509F3D26B08C9D"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 301 of the Hoover Power Plant Act of 1984 is repealed.</text> </section>
<section id="H8F0EF18AD557469B8455E30B2286DBAC"><enum>3.</enum><header>Effective date</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2 shall be effective on September 15, 2011.</text> </section>
<section id="HB2BBB8485BD14877991B3DEF4A4A8D95"><enum>4.</enum><header>Effect of repeal</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The repeal under section 2 shall not apply to—</text> 
<paragraph id="HE27B73A6BC184657870F770687C19E64"><enum>(1)</enum><text>projects approved by the Secretary of Energy or the Deputy Secretary of Energy through memorandum before the effective date in section 3; or</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="H21C968E82C45424D8E3217C629A27661"><enum>(2)</enum><text>projects deemed “Projects in Execution” in the Western Area Power Administration May 17, 2011, Quarterly Report on Borrowing Authority Projects.</text> </paragraph></section>
