		<section id="HF80FE3ABEE7C464D8D4A3E5D44F24444" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Adam Walsh Reauthorization Act of
			 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HB8FE9B02140A4F43928D4A11A8A3415D"><enum>2.</enum><header>Sex Offender
			 Management Assistance (SOMA) Program reauthorization</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 126(d) of the Adam Walsh Child
			 Protection and Safety Act of 2006 (42 U.S.C. 16926(d)) is amended to read as
			 follows:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H615A7ADAA85A4E4EB7D24F7C210E38C4" style="OLC">
				<subsection id="HB306E20AB9D0417486B9B12AE26EC417"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Authorization of
				appropriations</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">There are
				authorized to be appropriated to the Attorney General $15,000,000 for each of
				the fiscal years 2012 through 2016, to be available only for—</text>
					<paragraph id="H782666CF0B2A4D43B4158D9DCC8FBB24"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the SOMA program;
				and</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H82AD1F5E5F5C41B3B720D3106540DFCB"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the Jessica Lunsford Address Verification
				Grant Program established under section 631.</text>
					</paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
		</section><section id="H1951A3A9B16B49CEB06D14C11F170E24"><enum>3.</enum><header>Reauthorization
			 of Federal assistance with respect to violations of registration
			 requirements</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 142(b) of
			 the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 (42 U.S.C. 16941(b)) is
			 amended by striking <quote>such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 2007
			 through 2009</quote> and inserting <quote>$40,000,000 for each of the fiscal
			 years 2012 through 2016</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H8D802292A2644F06B613F3931DD6BBE7"><enum>4.</enum><header>Juvenile Sex
			 Offender Treatment Grants reauthorization</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3012(c) of the Omnibus Crime Control
			 and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 3797ee–1(c)) is amended by striking
			 <quote>$10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2007 through 2009 to carry out this
			 part</quote> and inserting <quote>$2,979,000 for each of the fiscal years 2012
			 through 2016 to carry out this section</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H8C2E3195B3F74F2690DFEE798EB93E69"><enum>5.</enum><header>Reauthorization
			 of funds for additional prosecutors for offenses relating to the sexual
			 exploitation of children</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 704 of the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 (Public
			 Law 109–248) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph commented="no" id="H9E481FE08416467088B0187E78A3916E"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subsection (b), by striking
			 <quote>fiscal year 2007</quote> and inserting <quote>each of fiscal years 2012
			 through 2016</quote>, and by striking <quote>by not less than 200</quote>;
			 and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H132904E06A8C40E0844C3604E91AA104"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (c),
			 by striking <quote>for fiscal year 2007 such sums as may be necessary to carry
			 out this section</quote> and inserting <quote>to carry out this section
			 $3,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2012 through 2016</quote>.</text>
			</paragraph></section><section id="HAC0D8871581F46068776EBDC4EFF0275"><enum>6.</enum><header>Sex Offender
			 Management</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 40152(c) of
			 the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 (42 U.S.C. 13941(c))
			 is amended by striking <quote>2011</quote> and inserting <quote>2010 and $0 for
			 fiscal year 2011 and each subsequent fiscal year</quote>.</text>
