		<section id="HE3F66FEA42C8421D8E32A6AD03DDD95B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Employer Free Choice
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H55D68FD2926B4A999E7BF25576BD3CCF"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of rule
			 relating to the notification of employee rights under the National Labor
			 Relations Act</header>
			<subsection id="HAE95405E3D8B40EFAA4D039DF8D05883"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Repeal</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The final rule (including any supplement or
			 revision to such rule) on <quote>Notification of Employee Rights under the
			 National Labor Relations Act</quote> published by the National Labor Relations
			 Board in the Federal Register on August 30, 2011 (76 Fed. Reg. 54006 et seq.),
			 is repealed.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HC0AC06F192A64955A74FBA4FD6B2C1AB"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Rules requiring
			 notification of employee rights under NLRA prohibited</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The National Labor Relations Board shall
			 not promulgate or enforce any rule that requires employers to post notices
			 informing their employees of their rights as employees under the National Labor
			 Relations Act (29 U.S.C. 151 et seq.) on or after the date of enactment of this
			 section.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H1A0B1621B0D04D6998A0DA83C1C7227D"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Rule of
			 construction</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Nothing in this
			 Act shall be construed to prohibit an employer from voluntarily posting a
			 notice informing the employees of the employer of their rights as employees
			 under the National Labor Relations Act (29 U.S.C. 151 et seq.).</text>
