		<official-title>To prohibit the Secretary of Agriculture from restricting
		  certain hunting activities in the Kisatchie National Forest, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="HAA8106BEF6774C5F9C284411E7B39B0D" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Hunting in the Kisatchie
			 National Forest</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Consistent
			 with the Act of June 4, 1897 (16 U.S.C. 551), the Secretary may not restrict
			 the use of dogs in deer hunting activities in the Kisatchie National Forest,
			 unless such restrictions—</text>
			<paragraph id="HE29B529E2F4041009D3235A39FF63170"><enum>(1)</enum><text>apply to the
			 smallest practicable portions of such forest; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H491CC3FC83DE4A769F24DACF956B0B9C"><enum>(2)</enum><text>are necessary to
			 reduce or control trespass onto land adjacent to such forest.</text>
