		<section id="HD08DFD1F06484A38B17635F6AC2E8FD5" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Kaytlynn Noggle Federal Life Insurance Equity
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HD541C72D814A495189B681CCA8CF3608"><enum>2.</enum><header>Inclusion of
			 stillborn children for purposes of life insurance payments</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 8701(d)(1)(B) of title 5, United
			 States Code, is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="HD625029D4274411CB5E2B2513AD0B040"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>(other than a stillborn child)</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H4B97EA88F04B4B6D89EE03CFF6E5D070"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by inserting
			 <quote>stillborn child,</quote> after <quote>adopted child,</quote>.</text>
