			 affordable for small businesses</header>
			<section id="H25BE27C156234C3AA24441A3325F6BA2" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>101.</enum><header>Protecting American
			 jobs and wages</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Sections 1513
			 and 1514 and subsections (e), (f), and (g) of section 10106 of the Patient
			 Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111–148) and the amendments made
			 by such sections and subsections are repealed and the Internal Revenue Code of
			 1986 shall be applied and administered as if such provisions and amendments had
			 never been enacted.</text>
			</section><section id="HE517C5A8A925430A99B46AF2FFA191C3" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>102.</enum><header>Increasing
			 flexibility for small businesses</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1302(c)(2) of the Patient Protection
			 and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111–148) is repealed.</text>
			</section><section id="H6AFD8FAB41964D878EEF77B07BF2E589" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>103.</enum><header>Increasing choices
			 for Americans</header>
				<subsection id="H2689161D21144D9BA83656E26FCAC27C"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Qualified health
			 plan coverage satisfied by high deductible health plan with health savings
			 account</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 1302(e) of
			 the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (42 U.S.C. 18022(e)) is amended
			 to read as follows:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H5011038ED04A4F4695064778968AC59D" style="OLC">
						<subsection id="H88E4A5C32A0F4BBD9A71B10C939CF6C4"><enum>(e)</enum><header>High deductible
				health plan with health savings account</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">A health plan not providing a bronze,
				silver, gold, or platinum level of coverage shall be treated as meeting the
				requirements of subsection (d) with respect to any plan year for any enrollee
				if the plan meets the requirements for a high deductible health plan under
				section 223(c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and such enrollee has
				established a health savings account (as defined in section 223(d)(1) of such
				Code) in relation to such
				plan.</text>
						</subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</subsection><subsection id="H510BD2941E5C436FA684FC931E626329"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conforming
			 amendments</header>
					<paragraph id="HE9DEA6FE87354F28B6CD798D74E5ACD2"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Subparagraph (C)
			 of section 1312(d)(3) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (42
			 U.S.C. 18032(d)(3)) is amended by striking <quote>, except</quote> and all that
			 follows through <quote>1302(e)(2)</quote>.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H799B9A15218A44DFBF0052DB40FE5C34"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Subparagraph (A)
			 of section 36B(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as added by section
			 1401(a) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111–148),
			 is amended by striking <quote>, except</quote> and all that follows through
			 <quote>such Act</quote>.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="HF44FB0A472DE4FA1A9BA37CBD6CE0884"><enum>(3)</enum><text>Subparagraph (B)
			 of section 1334(c)(1) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (42
			 U.S.C. 18054(c)(1)) is amended by striking <quote>and catastrophic
			 coverage</quote>.</text>
					</paragraph></subsection></section><section id="H735D205457B5480C89F2C51770B9EA49" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>104.</enum><header>Protecting patients
			 from higher premiums</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 9010 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111–148), as
			 amended by section 10905 of such Act, is repealed.</text>
			</section><section id="H9AA7EF4870F740179F1D1853372A13A5"><enum>105.</enum><header>Ensuring
			 affordable coverage</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 2701(a)(1)(A)(iii) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C.
			 300(a)(1)(A)(iii)), as added by section 1201 of the Patient Protection and
			 Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111–148), is amended by striking <quote>,
			 except</quote> and all that follows through <quote>2707(c))</quote>.</text>
			</section></title><title id="HE57172A2BFDC467AAA5CC32132569AE8"><enum>II</enum><header>Increasing
			 consumer control</header>
			<section id="HC1031EC387CA4DFE977D15ABB0FFDB91" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>201.</enum><header>Repeal of the
			 restriction on over-the-counter medicines</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 9003 of the Patient Protection and
			 Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111–148) and the amendments made by such
			 section are repealed and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 shall be applied as
			 if such section and amendments had never been enacted.</text>
			</section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H60A8D1711DBB44689266FF8387AE6ECB" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>202.</enum><header>Repeal of the annual
			 cap</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Sections 9005 and 10902 of
			 the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111–148) and section
			 1403 of the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (Public Law
			 111–152) and the amendments made by such sections are repealed and the Internal
			 Revenue Code of 1986 shall be applied as if such sections and amendments had
			 never been enacted.</text>
			</section></title><title id="H3E3E7C65E2DA432FA1362BD8C6524A63"><enum>III</enum><header>Allowing
			 individuals to keep coverage they like</header>
			<section id="HA3AE3739D8EA41DE96BF764EB0CF9386"><enum>301.</enum><header>Allowing
			 individuals to keep the coverage they have if they like it</header>
				<subsection id="H80AF073821864082975D7858A9533E94"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 1251(a)(2) of
			 the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (42 U.S.C. 18011) is
			 amended—</text>
					<paragraph id="H5003A77917A347019069B7DF379F4B38"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking <quote>Except as provided in
			 paragraph (3),</quote> and inserting the following:</text>
						<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H42F22E4A531245FB9B6EEC722DC86E43" style="OLC">
							<subparagraph id="H2EDED387A9CF442AB5FC44627F2AC200"><enum>(A)</enum><header>In
				general</header><text>Except as provided in paragraphs (3) and
				(4),</text>
							</subparagraph><after-quoted-block>;
				and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H6928411F0FD143D9B5EC82DC8FC3E7A9"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by adding at the end the following:</text>
						<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H3D247EF43FF342619EE9F5AFB11AD8FC" style="OLC">
							<subparagraph id="H19B49BDD55294A17A863598C5600AF5E"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Protecting
				employers and consumers with grandfathered coverage</header>
								<clause id="HF6C908F3AADF451DBED8284EFD8693B1"><enum>(i)</enum><header>In
				general</header><text>A group health plan or health insurance coverage in which
				an individual is enrolled on or after March 23, 2010, but before any plan year
				beginning not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this
				subparagraph, and which is deemed to be a grandfathered health plan under this
				section, shall continue to be considered a grandfathered health plan with
				respect to such individual regardless of any modification to the cost-sharing
				levels, employer contribution rates, or covered benefits under such plan or
				coverage as otherwise permitted under this Act (and the amendments made by this
				Act).</text>
								</clause><clause id="H20BAB5C891CC42E99AB74BC2043E332D"><enum>(ii)</enum><header>Regulations</header><text>The
				Secretary shall promulgate regulations to clarify the application of clause (i)
				to a plan or coverage that continues to be a grandfathered health plan pursuant
				to such
				clause.</text>
								</clause></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
					</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H26CDD25FEACC433BBBCE12F94085958C"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective date;
			 previously promulgated regulations voided</header>
					<paragraph id="HC8A37D09704940C6BB1DD4FDF4B83331"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendments made by this section shall take effect as if
			 included in the enactment of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care
			 Act.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="HA9792CDB3DA74178BA4BFCE8D00C4209"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Previously
			 promulgated regulations voided</header><text>Any regulations relating to
			 section 1251(a)(2) of such Act promulgated before the date of the enactment of
			 this Act shall have no force or effect.</text>
