		<section id="HB4579520B5C54FD1AF7E81C3E89BD705" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Wasteful Presidential Coin Act of
			 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H78572EDAFC9F40A4BACFE74D4AFB8312"><enum>2.</enum><header>Termination of
			 the Presidential $1 Coin Program</header>
			<subsection id="HA56BD9AFBD0D4AD6A03C828FC46A59D1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 5112 of title
			 31, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection (n).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H152FED9B080D405791CF4A333A98A259"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect at
			 the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date of the enactment of this
			 Act.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="H2A27274D26184B76B58E0DEDBB76AF14"><enum>3.</enum><header>Restriction on
			 overproduction of $1 Coins</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 5112 of title 31, United States
			 Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H2584A852E9F44A2583B953AC9D058B65" style="OLC">
				<subsection id="H4E8D4DC9EDCA45A4B30FDED6F0DE6572"><enum>(w)</enum><header>Restriction on
				overproduction of $1 Coins</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of this
				section, no $1 coin may be minted or issued under this section during any
				period in which the number of $1 coins issued, but not in circulation, is more
				than 10 percent of the number of $1 coins in
				circulation.</text>
