		<section id="H6A6C833F526C42E0AA35CE12237872B9" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Limitation on use of
			 Department of Defense Funds for United States Armed Forces in support of NATO
			 Operation Unified Protector with Respect to Libya</header>
			<subsection id="H64FD838661E64CAB81307CB104E43075"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Limitation</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">None of the funds appropriated or otherwise
			 available to the Department of Defense may be obligated or expended for United
			 States Armed Forces in support of North Atlantic Treaty Organization Operation
			 Unified Protector with respect to Libya, unless otherwise specifically
			 authorized by law.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HF1C871CBFB8C48CFB6B63E7807CC62E1"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Exceptions</header><text>The
			 limitation on funds under
			 <internal-xref idref="H64FD838661E64CAB81307CB104E43075" legis-path="1.(a)">subsection (a)</internal-xref> does not apply with respect
			 to—</text>
				<paragraph id="H97259C43EA9F44E58A917758FC8EDC0E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>search and
			 rescue;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HB4EF071F0BC6435F9DD21E7DF22ADAD9"><enum>(2)</enum><text>intelligence,
			 surveillance, and reconnaissance;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H18C3979107424E3B8C902BB122FE67A3"><enum>(3)</enum><text>aerial refueling;
			 and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H14A9F90AC6E045FD9129480A131E5C8B"><enum>(4)</enum><text>operational
			 planning.</text>
