		<section id="H5BB219087B574BAEBC1413FB34DB8D0C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Fairness in Cocaine Sentencing Act of
			 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HE67D152E839B46A7A9E082EB0E187033"><enum>2.</enum><header>Elimination of
			 increased penalties for cocaine offenses where the cocaine involved is cocaine
			 base</header>
			<subsection id="H6F8037874FEF4CF7870E843107FF862F"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Controlled
			 Substances Act</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The following
			 provisions of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.) are
			 repealed:</text>
				<paragraph id="H4626C3B4CF2E4F178A7C2C5C505C041E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Clause (iii) of
			 section 401(b)(1)(A).</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HB434F701FF4D41FBB8B6DF1567348949"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Clause (iii) of
			 section 401(b)(1)(B).</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H53B8F27376044ECD80260AF01843689E"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The sentence beginning
			 <quote>Notwithstanding the preceding sentence</quote> in section 404(a).</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HCDE278723D1B4CFDA70FB9EEABBFC1CE"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Controlled
			 Substances Import and Export Act</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The following provisions of the Controlled
			 Substances Import and Export Act (21 U.S.C. 951 et seq.) are repealed:</text>
				<paragraph id="HEF9F0D13506545DB85DA9AE1F4D2F377"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Subparagraph (C)
			 of section 1010(b)(1).</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H02E95E97753547BF8A9A75F1A5561C7D"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Subparagraph (C)
			 of section 1010(b)(2).</text>
